Does my client need a new number?
No. They can keep their number and forward calls to the agent – always, only outside opening hours or when the line is busy. Or they get a number of their own.
Does the caller notice they’re talking to an AI?
The agent says so itself at the start. The voice sounds natural, and pauses and interruptions work just like in a real conversation.
What happens to the conversations?
Written logs are deleted automatically after 90 days and never used to train AI models. More at Responsibility & AI.
