Responsibility & AI
How Creator handles faces, voices, and data · As of October 2026
Overview
Creator by Sigence is a platform where agencies, consultants, and creators build AI clones with a face and voice and sell them to their clients under their own name. A conversation with a clone combines several building blocks: speech recognition, a language model, speech output, and a real-time avatar.
This page describes how we work today. The binding documents are our Privacy Policy and our Terms.
Who does what
We don’t develop our own foundation models. Creator connects specialized providers and makes sure they work together:
Which providers process which data is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Training
We don’t use your clients’ conversation logs to train AI models.
Storage and deletion
We store written conversation logs for 90 days from the start of the conversation, after which they are deleted automatically. A photo uploaded for a test clone is deleted, together with the test clone, within 48 hours at the latest.
Conversations in our free clone tools are not stored in our database.
Your responsibility
You decide what a clone is used for, what knowledge it gets, and what it’s allowed to do. For a clone with the face or voice of a real person, you need that person’s explicit consent.
We recommend that every clone identifies itself as AI at the start – our templates do. For sensitive topics such as health, law, or finance, a clone should inform, but not replace binding professional advice.
What’s not allowed
Clones may not be used to deceive people, impersonate another real person, harass, or spread unlawful content. In case of violations, we block the clone concerned.
